The Interior Design for Receptionist Room

Receptionist room should be consider more detail and similar with the lobby room because as we know that lobby room is known as the layout, then the receptionist room is known as the front desk that is used for giving any information that needed by the employees or visitors through the existed receptionist table. The similar design interior between lobby and receptionist room will makes those rooms is connected each other and giving the message to the visitors where do they should take a step right after they entering the office building.

Sometimes receptionist’s room is combining with lobby so that the visitors would be able to see the receptionist clearly. That is why the first rule in placing the receptionist table is that it could be placed in the center of the room or other strategic sides as long as the visitors would be able to seen it right after they entering the receptionist room. The access to the receptionist table should be clear so that there is no barrier between the new visitors and the receptionist.

The receptionist room should be given a nice touch of interior design especially in order to make it brighter and homey for inviting the visitors in that great place and grab any information or other needs that is related to the existed office. The furniture finishes and art of the receptionist room should be given according to its used only so that the room would be looks wider and tidy.
