The Interior of Office Library

The office library usually unable to be a great place to relaxes and find the information from the existed books or internet browsing because usually it only consist of some old book that is placed in the cupboard that closed the air circulation and light so that the environment of office library becomes spooky.

You would be able to change the image of the office library by changing the paint color to be calmer and relaxes with brighter or nude color. You would be able to use the existed books for the part of the interior too by placed it in designed cupboard or table. The thin cupboard would also able to minimize the barriers of light and air circulation that entering the office library.

It would be better if the office library have a lounge inside it so that it would be multifunction, not only as a place to searching for information but also as a relaxation place. The location of library that closed to pantry makes the employee possible to bring their beverages to the lounge sofa so that the environment would be similar with formal café. It would give a huge effect that makes the employee comfort in searching for information in the office library.

The special guess room that is existed in the office is usually used for some important client that should be given special treatment too such as the prosperous client, investors, first partner or important relatives. In order to give nice first impressions, you would need to have a creative designer to choose some color of material in its paint, furnishing and some physical interior that is matches with company characteristics because the color and the chosen of furniture that along with company’s profile is very crucial matter to be consider.

Physically, today’s office interior is created in open and friendly environment. The application of the exact color and light would be able to diminish the spooky and minimum light corner. You would be able to replace the massive wall with transparent glass in some side of room to make it seems like wider and bright.

It is very important to placed small library that contains magazines or other books that are represent the company’s idea and paintings or company’s logo in the wall to entertain the guesses while they are waiting. Symphony of music my also increases the sprit of our guess or client. All effort should be considered to makes the client feel comfortable spending time in office guess room.
